Jay Pearson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training from Ball State University. After college, Jay completed an internship with the Indianapolis Indians, an Indians Triple A affiliate team. He started two high school programs while in Indiana. Jay has held the position of head athletic trainer at Brookwood High School since 1999. He joined the team at Gwinnett Medical Center in August 2006. He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association.
