ImPACT Concussion Testing
To improve the standard of care for athletes suffering concussions, the Sports Medicine Program at Gwinnett Medical Center is leading the way with the Immediate Post-Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing (ImPACT) program. Every public high school in Gwinnett County, as well as the Gwinnett Football League, is eligible to participate.

Three Simple Steps to Take the ImPACT Test

1. Student athletes needing to take a baseline test should first download the PDF of important information. For more information about concussion treatment, download our free Parents Guide to Concussion Care.
2. After reviewing this information, request your personal password.
3. Once you receive the password, take the ImPACT baseline test.

We are the only hospital in Georgia to offer ImPACT concussion testing countywide—and we're doing it for no fee. Our goal is to reduce the chance of follow-up concussions, thus helping the student athletes’ performance both on the field and in the classroom.
